e9d814674b Fix restore from keyboard 
The keyboard starts up before the restore process and the default shared
preferences are cached and used even after the restore.

f13487dfbf [ML25] Add an hasDict method. 
We used to have separate methods for existence of dicts
according to whether it's a file or a resource. This unifies both.

getCurrentSubtype() is called, which is really quite frequent.
