8ab4ae4377 [IL133] Avoid calling a dangerous method from outside. 
We want to remove all calls to this as it lets internal values
escape, but there is some refactoring to do to finish this.

9364d46ac3 Add SpacebarLanguageUtils class 
The SpacebarLanguageUtils class is separated from SubtypeLocaleUtils
and handles the language name on the spacebar.

- keyhintlabel_<key>, the hint label text of the <key>

567fbe90f7 Fix unused text resources of keyboard layouts 
Icelandic keyboard has no nordic layout.
Latvian, Lithuanian, and Slovak keyboards have duplicated N WITH ACUTE.
No Language keyboard has duplicated letter a variants.

The text resource used in 10 inch tablet layout.
