63cbdf49b9 Add @Override for a method that is overriding a new L API 
Now all the downstream builds have switched to API Level 21.
Hence putting @Override to new APIs no longer makes javac unhappy.

d15f6e8c98 Performance fix for multiple language subtypes 
The code would iterate all enabled subtypes each time
getCurrentSubtype() is called, which is really quite frequent.

d9015233f5 Set up a sync preference and policy for syncing [2] 
- Adds a preference for enabling sync, which controls the sync behavior
- Make the ProductionFlags depend on appropriate flags to guarantee that
  we don't mess things when flipping some flags
- Preferences now control the "syncable" property of the provider
  thereby controlling the policy and when this entry shows up in
  system settings.

dac49f9f6d Simplify CursorAnchorInfoCompatWrapper 
With this CL, we will use CursorAnchorInfoCompatWrapper just to
avoid unexpected NoClassDefFoundError due to the direct
dependency CursorAnchorInfo class, which is available only on
API level 21 and later.

81c2dfe9c6 Remove ENABLE_CURSOR_ANCHOR_INFO_CALLBACK 
We can now start relying on L APIs even in unbundled release.

This means ENABLE_CURSOR_ANCHOR_INFO_CALLBACK can be always true.
Hence we simply remove it.

5896153f93 Use Add-To-Dictionary indicator only 
With this CL, the previously used commit indicator was reverted.
Instead we use the add-to-dictionary indicator only at the moment.

This CL also fixes the indicator position in bidi context.

cd11905022 Support CursorAnchorInfo in the full-screen mode 
This CL allows to emulate the behavior of CursorAnchorInfo
in the full-screen mode to work around the limitation of
the framework.

Basically this CL copies relevant code from the framework
to LatinIME. This is actually a code duplicate which isn't
great, but probably the only way that is available right now.

29200b0abe Set the text bgcolor only when CursorAnchorInfo is available 
When CursorAnchorInfo is unavailable, we shouldn't try to show
the commit indicator and set the text highlight color.

With this CL, RichInputConnection can be used to track if the
application responded that it does support CursorAnchorInfo or
not.  This result will be taken into consideration when
InputLogic needs to determine whether the commit indicator
should be displayed or not.

8380f921f7 Fix a bug where the top prediction would disappear. 
This is because prediction can't be easily distinguished in
style. This fixes the bug by simulating the right members,
but some refactoring should be done to remove useless
booleans.

This reverts commit a63d0a8ee6.

This patch seems to be fine after all, but was submitted without its companion [ML1.1] patch causing a build breakage. Reverting the revert and submitting both at the same time seems like the right thing to do.
