now that PDSls has blob uploading i don't have to make the uploader

initial commit: appview fetchVideo implementation
just need to make:
- viewer (very simple - fetch record, fetchVideo, display <video> tag)
- upload/management (need atcute browser oauth client, write to PDS, etcetc)
