Yohei Yukawa fa39ffcf84 Support more methods in the wrapper of CursorAnchorInfo
This CL add more compatibility wrapper methods for
CursorAnchorInfo.

This CL also adds more utility functions and types into
CompatUtils to reduce explict cast operations.
