Increase string limits
...
These have been requested by the translators. For some reason the limits
were shorter than the actual source strings. Both these messages are
meant to be displayed alone on the screen, and 50 chars should fit
comfortably.

in the dictionary, it is not included.
- Simplify ResearchLog to not require explicit state
- Added LogBuffer class MainLogBuffer class to allow n-gram-level decisions
about privacy.
- Moved LogUnit out from ResearchLogger
