Fix unused text resources of keyboard layouts
...
Icelandic keyboard has no nordic layout.
Latvian, Lithuanian, and Slovak keyboards have duplicated N WITH ACUTE.
No Language keyboard has duplicated letter a variants.

The text resource used in 10 inch tablet layout.
This change also corrects {keylabel|more_keys}_for_east_slavic_row2_1
to _row2_2.
