Move spacebar drawing code from LatinKeyboard to LatinKeyboardView

Also this change moves LatinKeyboard attributes,
autoCorrectionSpacebarLedEnabled, autoCorrectionSpacebarLedIcon,
spacebarTextRatio, spacebarTextColor, and spacebarTextShadowColor to
LatinKeyboardView.
