Extract fewer characters in getWordRangeAtCursor(). 

Use LOOKBACK_CHARACTER_NUM = 80 instead of the previous
EDITOR_CONTENTS_CACHE_SIZE = 1024 (which was overkill).

This speeds up many InputLogic operations.
