The kick command should kick a user for a certain amount of time by default, but also allow users to specify an amount of time.

When running the kick command, it could maybe start up a seperate thread? And then just wait for the specified amount of time, then remove the kick.

A variable could be set in the database to specify whether they're kicked or not.
